Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments and medical-grade skincare, refunds are not provided for services rendered.
Unopened retail products may be eligible for exchange or store credit at the clinic’s discretion, in accordance with consumer law.
10. Aftercare & Follow-Up
Clients are responsible for following post-treatment aftercare instructions. Failure to follow aftercare guidance may affect results and recovery.
Follow-up or review appointments are recommended and form part of your treatment plan.
11. Photography & Marketing
With your consent, photographs may be taken for clinical documentation. Separate consent will be obtained for any use of images for marketing, education, or social media.
