We understand life happens! If you need to reschedule, we simply adjust your timeline so you don’t lose treatments. Your membership remains flexible and supportive, it’s designed to work with you, not against you. Of course, the membership T & Cs that can be found on our website that go into this in more detail.

You can cancel your membership at any time, without penalty. You are required to complete the calendar month for payments that you cancel within. Based on the total amount in credit, this will be utilised towards a treatment to finalise on your plan. We do not provide transfer of plans or funds to other people. Our goal is to keep your plan as accessible and convenient as possible while protecting the integrity of your treatment results.
