Skin Membership Terms & Conditions.
Thank you for choosing a Future Face Clinics Skin Membership. By signing up, you agree to the following terms and conditions designed to ensure you receive the best results from your treatments.
1. Membership Payments
Memberships are debited weekly via the Aglow system.
Payments are automatically processed until you choose to cancel your membership.
2. Cancellations
There is no cancellation fee.
To cancel, you simply need to see out the current calendar month.
All payments made are redeemable for the skin membership treatment you have signed up for.
Membership fees are not refundable and not redeemable for cash.
3. Appointments & Treatment Usage
Treatments included in your membership must be booked and used within the same calendar month.
If you miss your treatment, you have up to one week in the following month to rebook, ensuring optimal spacing between treatments.
Treatments cannot be banked, saved, or combined to be used at a later date or multiple treatments in one session.
If you are a no-show to a booked appointment, you forfeit that month’s treatment.
4. Flexibility & Transfers
Skin Memberships are flexible, you may transfer between tiers if your skin goals or preferences change.
Memberships are non-transferable to another person.
Treatments can not be redeemed by another person.
5. Retail Discounts
Active Skin Membership clients receive 10% off all retail products purchased at Future Face Clinics.
6. General Conditions
Skin Memberships are designed to help you achieve consistent and effective results.
Memberships are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for other treatments outside the Skin Membership program.
Future Face Clinics reserves the right to update these terms and conditions as required.
