Booking Policy
Thank you for choosing Future Face Clinics for your skincare and aesthetic journey. As a client-centred clinic, we dedicate time and care to each appointment. Missed or last-minute changes impact our schedule and other clients, therefore, please review our booking policies below.
1. Securing Your Appointment
A full or partial deposit is required to confirm every appointment.
If the deposit isn’t received, the slot may be released to another client.
2. Consultation Booking Fees
At Future Face Clinics, we value your time, and ours. In order to deliver a personalised and professional service, we’ve implemented a booking fee for select consultations.
Wrinkle Reduction & Volume Rejuvenation Consults:
A $50 booking fee applies. This amount is redeemable off your treatment if performed on the same day as your consultation."I Don’t Know What I Want" Consults:
A $10 booking fee applies. This fee is also redeemable off any treatment completed on the same day as your consultation.
3. Booking Fees & Future Appointments
If your treatment is scheduled for a different day, the ability to redeem your booking fee will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
If no treatment is booked, the booking fee will be retained by Future Face Clinics. This ensures fairness and respect for the time, knowledge, and expertise of our highly trained Registered Nurses.
4. Why a Booking Fee?
When you book a consultation, you are reserving the time, clinical judgment, and experience of a medical professional. We believe in transparency and value the commitment of every client who walks through our doors. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
5. Changes & Cancellations
All changes in regard to rescheduling, cancellations, or service modifications, must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, via our booking platform, phone or email.
Rescheduling is permitted a maximum of three times per booking.
Late cancellations (within 48 hours):
Services under AU $100 incur a AU $50 cancellation fee.
Services over AU $100 incur 50% of the service cost.
No‑shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
We appreciate that from time to time, the unexpected happens and so these changes will be considered on a case by case basis. We absolutely want to ensure that our clients are respected, along with out time in the clinic.
6. Arriving Late
Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in forfeiture of your appointment.
In such cases, cancellation fees apply and your service cannot be guaranteed.
7. Reminders & Communication
We send SMS and email reminders ahead of your appointment.
Please inform us as soon as possible via our booking portal (Timely), email, or phone if you cannot attend.
We do not monitor social media messages for time-sensitive scheduling changes.
8. Gift Vouchers & Waitlist
Bookings made using gift vouchers must follow the same cancellation rules, vouchers become void if cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice or if missed.
If your desired time isn’t available, you may join our waitlist. A deposit is required to secure any newly available slot.
