As a Registered Nurse with a specialised background in the Fundamentals of Cosmetic Injectables, she is currently advancing her knowledge through a Post Graduate Diploma in Cosmetic Nursing and Injectables. This commitment to continuous learning ensures that Future Face Clinics remains at the forefront of industry standards and innovation.
With 15 years in the services industry across Australia and New Zealand, Jai has an impressive track record, with a unique blend of medical expertise and business acumen that has laid the foundation for Future Face Clinics to be not only a place of aesthetics and rejuvenation but also a testament to excellence and community impact.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Jai is dedicated to mentoring aspiring business owners, sharing her invaluable insights into building and growing successful businesses. When she's not empowering others or perfecting her craft, she cherishes spending time traveling with her husband and their two daughters, creating memories that inspire her both personally and professionally.

Dr Scott Horsburgh as our Medical Director at Future Face Clinics. Dr Scott is a highly experienced cosmetic physician based in Brisbane, holding a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Queensland, and certified in skin-cancer surgery, with over 20 years of expertise in aesthetic medicine and general practice.
His commitment to safety, innovation and patient-centred care means that every treatment we provide is underpinned by rigorous medical oversight and the latest evidence-based techniques. Richele believes in the power of a thorough, personalised consultation, taking the time to truly understand each client’s goals, lifestyle, and budget. Her treatment planning is always results-driven yet realistic, ensuring every client feels confident, informed, and supported throughout their skin journey.
With a deep passion for dermal health, Richele’s approach is holistic and thoughtful, treating not just the skin’s surface, but also the underlying factors that influence long-term skin quality and vitality.
