When should I start using these products?

Begin this routine as soon as you are home, after your treatment and end of the day shower. Continue for the next 2–3 days or until your product is finished.

🌙 EVENING ROUTINE (Day 0) – Immediately After Treatment

Your skin may feel warm, tight or slightly sensitive. This routine soothes, calms and protects.

    If your skin feels dusty from the day or you need to cleanse before bed, use only lukewarm water or a very gentle, non-active cleanser. Pat your skin dry, do not rub it.

    We recommend the Mesoestetic Hydracream Fusion or Brightening Foam.

  • Apply 3–4 drops to clean, dry skin. Gently press in. Try not to rub or massage the product into your face. Lightly press with your finger tips and keep movements soft.

  • Apply a pea-sized amount, smoothing over the entire face with your finger tips. Allow it to fully absorb, before moving to the next step.

  • Apply a generous layer over the top of your Fast Skin Repair. Think of this as your “cocoon”, it locks everything in. Use enough to give yourself a full coating and gentle massage in with your finger tips.

  • Use a simple, non-active cleanser or rinse with cool water only, then pay dry with a soft towel.

To protect your results, avoid:

  • Active ingredients (AHAs, BHAs, retinol, vitamin C, benzoyl peroxide).

  • Makeup for 24 hours.

  • Saunas, hot yoga, swimming pools.

  • Excessive sweating or strenuous exercise.

  • Touching or picking at your skin.

  • Direct sun exposure.

WHEN TO RETURN TO YOUR NORMAL REGIME

After 72 hours, you can gradually return to their usual skincare, but always check your personalised treatment plan or give the clinic a call if you have any questions.
